Sign up at Pearls Café located in the Waterton Townsite. Make sure you snap a photo of yourself at the summit of each hike. Once you have completed the Triple Crown challenge, be sure to fill out our Waterton hike review and include the pictures of you summiting each hike and you will receive a free t-shirt and a spot on our glory board!

Waterton Wildflower Festival

Waterton’s Wildflower Festival was established in 2005 and was created to promote and celebrate the fact that Waterton National Park is home to more than 50% of Alberta’s Wildflowers which is more than any other Rocky Mountain national park. Between the sweeping plains and towering mountains the beauty and diversity of these wildflowers can be seen and shared by all.

The Waterton Wildflower Festival last for 9 days and has a wide variety of activities throughout the festival including guided tours, hiking, works shops, wildflowers by horseback and many more. The festival also includes more than 80 educational courses and events on plant types, wildflower identification, ecosystems and many more. Photography and art workshops will also be available. All events held over the 9 day festival will be led by highly qualified and talented professionals.
